- Are you a full-time real estate professional?
(Real estate is a full-time job. Part-timers cann not
be competitive on their own.)
- How many years have you been in the real estate
business?
(7-8 years is more than enough to have encountered
most of the more complex real estate transactions)
- Do you work alone, or do you work on/with a team
to handle the details so that no details are overlooked?
(There are over 140 steps in a real estate transaction,
you need to make sure the team you are hiring can handle
the work load along with other clients)
- Have you sold other properties in my neighborhood
or in the area?
- What kind of experience and training do you have
in negotiating?
- Are you active in a national Relocation network?
- Do you do anything to prepare a house for the
market?

- Will you prepare a colorful, typed Competitive
