Eric Stewart, known to many as "The Apple Butter Guy", has been practicing real estate since 1987. As one of the top agents at Llewellyn Realtors since 2001, one of the top 25 agents in all of Montgomery County, and a man of principle and integrity, his track record, of over 2000+ homes sold, proves he is a true real estate expert for this area.
Born and raised in Montgomery County, Eric Stewart grew up in Montgomery Square and Copenhaver in Potomac Maryland. He attended Cold Spring Elementary School in Potomac, Landon Middle School in Bethesda, and Wootton High School in Potomac. Since graduating from the University of Maryland, he has lived in Kensington, Gaithersburg and Potomac. As a native of Montgomery County for over 40 years, Eric's knowledge of the local market is unsurpassed!
Eric's latest contribution to the community is his real estate radio show, "The Eric Stewart Show", which airs on WMAL 105.9FM and AM630, Sunday mornings at 7am. He uses this radio station to help educate the public on important real estate topics every week.

Robert Garcia has 9 years of experience as a Realtor and focuses in Montgomery, Prince Georges, and Frederick counties. Robert has been running the operations aspect of the Stewart Team and his attention to details make him a vital part of the day-to-day business. He is able to advise sellers and buyers of the current market conditions, negotiate contracts with all kinds of contingencies, and suggest the right third parties necessary in each transaction like home inspectors, lenders, handymen, and settlement companies. He also helps first-time homebuyers achieve their home ownership dreams.

Debbie currently serves as a licensed realtor on Eric's team specializing in the Potomac, Bethesda and Chevy Chase market. Having owned her home in Potomac for the last 20 years and raised her five children here she knows the area well. Debbie is very familiar with the challenges involved in relocation having moved more than 15 times in her life between being raised in military family, and later marrying a navy doctor. She graduated from Seattle University, and later settled in the Washington DC area. She Taught second grade for several years before changing to real estate. Debbie remains active in her children's schools and enjoys travelling with family, gardening and reading.

Wills moved to Maryland from Orange County, California to help Maryland home buyers find the best home for them.
He joined the Eric Stewart Team to assist Robert Garcia in managing the often complex operations of the team and ensure crucial details are covered in a timely manner to better serve our clients. He is a graduate from Masters College. He enjoys Golf, travel, and classic architecture.

Born in Peru, Carmen Curtis came to the United States in 1989 and built a new life for herself. A single mother of 4 children, Carmen started working at Llewellyn 9 years ago first as a receptionist, then managing the front desk, and it's staff of 8 people before transitioning to the role of transaction coordinator for a multiple agents, including Eric Stewart. Carmen excelled at this job enjoying each interaction with the clients. In May 2011, she started with the Eric Stewart Team on a full-time basis as our Client Care Specialist – a position that fully engaged the part of her job that she loved most – caring for clients. When she's not working, or caring for her kids, Carmen enjoys going to the gym, talking with people, and organizing events for her kids.

As Eric's Media Specialist, Jason manages a diverse array of the team's marketing and communications initiatives ranging from production of the radio show and show sponsorships, web development, print advertising, free guide publication, and graphic design.
Jason joined the Pointing You Home team in December 2010 after spending 5 years working at WAMU 88.5FM, the NPR News station in Washington, DC.
Susan Byrne

A Native of Scotland, Susan Byrne joined the team in early 2011 to provide essential administrative support for the many initiatives the team pursues. In addition to coordinating the contractors preparing Eric's listings for the market, Susan also researches new promotional materials, plans special client events, and maintains our database. She also bakes amazing treats for the team.
